Very rude staff!

The location was magnificent and absolutely perfect, the public spaces were clean and the staff was pretty friendly. Really enjoyed the way our fully-equipped and reasonably large double room with a balcony was. A mini fridge bar, climate control, and an individual safe were available in the room. The airport was 20 km away. Our experience here was really good.

Brand-new and ideal rooms with a balcony, very good staff. Variety of facilities such as: central heating, a safe box and multi-channel television. Location short walk to several main bus stops, termini station and all attractions and bus stations and shops, restaurants and bus stations.

The room was always cleaned and spacious enough for three people. The location was excellent, within walking distance of most tourist attractions and with a few nice cafes nearby. Additionally, the staff was friendly and provided helpful information when needed.

The walls were quite thin, so noise from other rooms could be easily heard. The water pressure in the bathroom was inconsistent and the water stopped working on the morning of check-out.

I had a pleasant stay at Key Rome Center. The location was perfect, with the train station and major attractions within walking distance. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel for its great value and convenient location.

Plus, you'll find the staff to be extremely helpful and nice, ensuring a pleasant stay. the location is close to Via Veneto, making it convenient for exploring the city.

The noise from the street and neighboring rooms can be a bit of a nuisance.
